About Us
Welcome to The Zungalow! We are a small company based out of Colorado, driven by our passions for the outdoors and quality products. We believe in the integrity of small business, the ideas of entrepreneurs, and the quality of American made products. All the products we sell at The Zungalow reflect these ideals. Zung Product Line
The Zungalow has its own Zung product line. Our products are specifically designed to last through the rough wear and tear of your adventures.
Owners
Zung LLC was founded May 30th, 2011, by cousins Ian Caldwell and Will Foster.
Will Foster (on right)
Will Foster is a fourth generation Colorado Native who grew up in Edwards Colorado. He currently attends Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado where he is double majoring in Art and Business Management and minoring in Adventure Education. Over the summers, he works as a trap shooting coach, fly fishing guide, and general ranch hand. On his time off, he enjoys backpacking, horseback riding and packing, fishing, making stained glass artwork, and telemark skiing. Will constantly builds or modifies his own gear to suit his needs. He believes that gear should be made to last and endure any wear and tear the wilderness has to offer. He wanted to share his ideas with those who share his love of the outdoors, which resulted in the formation of The Zungalow.
Ian Caldwell (on left)
Ian Caldwell was born and raised in Colorado, growing up in Winter Park, Aurora, and Evergreen. After touring and performing around the world with circuses, he moved back to Colorado and earned a degree in Engineering Physics at the University of Colorado, Boulder. When Ian finds the time, he enjoys rock climbing, skiing, hiking, biking, and camping. Inspired by Will's innovative ideas, Ian joined Will in the formation of The Zungalow, where he can apply his engineering education and passion for the outdoors to the creation of high quality outdoor gear and products.
