Shipping and Handling Policy
- Products are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of the order.
- Order acknowledgement, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
- Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.
- Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Expected Delivery Dates
- All dates are estimates and may vary.
- The Zungalow only ships Standard Ground: 3 - 7 business days after order processing.
- Transit days are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

- Actual rates at time of purchase may vary and will be displayed in your Shopping Cart during the order process. Approximate rates are given in the Shipping Chart below. Additional shipping charges may apply, see "Additional Shipping Charges."

Additional Shipping Charges
- Objects over 12 inches in one dimension, such as the Universal Lantern Cases, will incur an additional $6.00 shipping charge.
- Orders consisting of multiple objects may be shipped separately. Separate objects may incur separate shipping fees. Note: Objects shipped separately may arrive on different days.

- Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or internationally vary, may incur additional shipping charges, and these orders may be subject to cancellation.
- All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US dollars.
- Please call if you have a special shipping request
- Your order will leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes on to you when we deliver your package to the shipper. If your order is damaged in shipment please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.
